LokaleNET

The LokaleNet application provides residents with a convenient and quick exchange of information with the property manager from anywhere in the world, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.

A necessary condition for the application to work is to have an account on the LokaleNet website. Before downloading the application, make sure you have access to LokaleNet and whether your property manager uses MMSoft software.

Functionalities available in the LokaleNet application:

Balance
- preview of the balance
- the ability to make online payments (Blik and quick bank transfers)

Calculations/Settlements
- presenting the current amount of fees
- information about recent settlements,

Voting
- presenting information regarding adopted resolutions and surveys
- the ability voting on resolutions directly from the application level

Information
- displaying messages made available by the property manager
- access to documents published by the property manager (regulations/financial reports/economic plans)

Reports
- ability to send reports to the property manager
- viewing the status of the reports implementation

Readings
- presenting the history of meter readings
- possibility of sending current readings

Dates
- information about important dates (e.g. dates of inspections, meetings)

Administration data / Premises data / User account data
- presentation of contact details of the property manager
- information about the premises (parameters for calculating advance payments such as: number of people, area, cold and hot water standards, etc.)
- user account details - ID, e-mail address, telephone number, bank account numbers to which payments should be made
