Displasia Tactil

The "Tactile Dysplasia" application is designed as an instrument to help people who work in the area of ​​Health and who are NOT specialists in Orthopedics and Traumatology.
The objective of the application is to provide the marking and tracing of the angles on the AP x-ray of the pelvis obtained and finally provide a measurement and guidelines that can help in the early and timely diagnosis of Developmental Dysplasia of the Hip, subluxation and/or dislocation

Instructions for use:

1. Before using the application, you must take a photograph of the AP pelvic X-ray that you want to measure (clear and as close as possible) so that it is recorded in your image gallery.
2. Read the terms and conditions carefully.
3. Once you accept the terms and conditions, you can use the application.
4. Add the photo taken by pressing the "+" icon (with the phone in a vertical position).
5. Start marking by pressing the icon with the letter "A", follow the instructions in the box and the image provided. Later you can consecutively go to the icons B, C, D, E, F.
6. It is possible to press any of the icons (A,B,C,D,E,F) and modify the points in case it is necessary to change the initial marking.
7. Finally press the "correct sign" icon.

The application will measure the angles according to your marking and will provide you with a green box that will help you detect the position of the hips.

The results obtained are in direct relation to the type of radiography, the photograph taken and the marking made; variations may exist.
