The trackle app is part of the trackle kit that helps women with natural family planning based on the symptothermal method to identify if they can get pregnant or not.
The trackle sensor made of medical silicone is as big as a standard tampon. It is worn vaginally overnight and continuously measures the body core temperature. With the ovulation the body core temperature rises - and only around the ovulation women are fertile.
The measured temperature data is transmitted wirelessly to the trackle system as soon as the sensor is in its box. In addition, further observations (fertility indicators), such as the quality of your cervical mucus or the cervix, are entered in the app.
The system evaluates the data and provides you the result directly on your smartphone. The trackle app shows you whether today is a fertile or a non-fertile day. So you know exactly when you can get pregnant - even in the coming cycles.
