The free app for the Swiss online newspaper Infosperber: independent news weighted according to social and political relevance. The focus is on politics, the environment, society, economy, health, education, men/women and the media.

The non-profit "Swiss Foundation for the Promotion of Independent Information" SSUI is behind the Infosperber.ch platform. Neither a millionaire nor a corporation can buy it. The foundation wants to promote independent journalism throughout Switzerland, especially journalistic research of social and political relevance. The foundation relies on donations from interested readers. Infosperber is currently financed 90 percent by donations. The writers generally work without fees. Compensation for usage rights and reimbursement of expenses is possible.
