Hello! My name is OFFO (not OFO). I help collect and send water and electricity meter readings to billing organizations. The application is designed for residents of apartment buildings in Vladivostok (private sector - electricity only) and Khabarovsk, who receive receipts directly from resource supply organizations. Over time, other categories of citizens will be added.

- the entered data is stored in the application, you can always view the history of readings
- readings are transmitted via the Internet, if for some reason this was not possible, the reading will be sent via SMS . (If the service provider has such an opportunity)
- readings for hot water (Vladivostok) are sent to both DEC and VladVTs (water disposal).
