How do you redeem an e-prescription with your electronic health card via NFC?

1. Download and set up the app

Download the app. Start the scanner in the e-prescription area using the button. Enter your mobile phone number. You will then receive a confirmation code via SMS. You have 15 minutes from this point to add a health card.

2. Link health card

Enter the 6-digit access number for your card. You can find this in the top right corner of the health card. You can save your mobile phone number and card number. If you want to redeem an e-prescription from a different health card later, simply overwrite the saved card number.

3. Redeem e-prescription & free shipping*

Place your health card on or under the top of your smartphone. The scanner is located on the front or back of the smartphone, depending on the model. The transfer of the e-prescription starts automatically and the medication is added to your shopping cart.
