My Planning
View your planning with the customer, planned time and work address. Register your actual hours worked using the Start/Stop function or with registration afterwards. Register actual material used directly from your work order. Have the work order signed digitally by the customer.

My Inspections and Deliveries
Select the relevant project and the correct category. Check all subjects that are prescribed from the delivery list or KAM report. Take a photo if something is wrong. Give a short description for each observation. When completing the inspection, the customer can digitally sign the inspection / delivery. An overview list of all outstanding delivery points is visible.

My Expenses and Purchases
Receipts can be easily registered with the mobile phone. Select the relevant project, take a picture of the receipt and describe the costs. The expenses are booked directly to the correct project. After approval by the manager, the entered expenses are paid out.

My Communication and Collaboration
A lot of communication takes place on the work floor about a specific project. Changed specifications, a technical question from a colleague, a daily report of the project and involving customers and suppliers in the communication. My Overview
With My Overview, employees have direct insight into how many days and hours they have worked. The details are shown per project and per day. Sickness and leave days are made visible separately. This gives employees an up-to-date view of their expected salary.
