The app offers our customers a digital home for all matters relating to electricity, gas and water. Conveniently manage your contracts, adjust advance payments to avoid unnecessary additional payments, transmit meter readings and discover exclusive benefits - all in one place and available around the clock.

Here's how it works: Download the app and log in with your self-selected login details for the enercity customer account to see all your contract details.
Important for Hanover residents: For technical reasons, our app is currently not available for a few customers in our home town of Hanover. We are working on making the app available to everyone soon. If you are affected, our customer service is always there for you and will support you with all your concerns by email and telephone.


What can the enercity app do?

Our dashboard is the heart of the app. It offers a comprehensive overview of your energy consumption and costs. The consumption graph shows both forecast and actual values. This gives you better control over your energy costs. Various widgets lead to detail pages and enable easy navigation through your contract details.

> More control thanks to intuitive self-service functions:
Take control and do (almost) everything yourself - directly in the app. Change your personal data, transmit meter readings at the touch of a button, adjust your advance payments and receive an advance payment recommendation to avoid additional payments. The app also offers practical help, such as a flashlight function for poorly lit meters and clear input aids that prevent errors.
