Edenorte App is an application designed especially for our customers so they can easily carry out transactions from the convenience and flexibility of their mobile device.

With our application, you can perform the following functions:

- Apply payments to your bills
- Check balances
- Contact Fononorte for assistance
- View nearby offices to carry out your transactions
- Request enrollment in our automatic collection system

To apply your payments, you must call Fononorte at 809-583-1844 so that someone can help you associate your credit card with one or more electricity contracts.

Apply payments to your bills
With this feature, you can select any of the contracts you have registered to pay your bill. If you don't remember your contract, you can enter your ID number and the application will show you the contracts associated with your document.

Remember to have your credit card handy to indicate the expiration date and CVV code.

When you complete the payment, the application will generate a payment receipt in PDF format that you can download to your mobile phone.

Check balances
You can see the total outstanding balance due and view the details of each invoice. If you select the payment option by ID, you will be able to view this information for each contract.

Contact Fononorte for assistance
Whenever you need help from one of our representatives, you can use this option to contact us. During this call, our IVR will respond, allowing you to inquire about balances and payments.

View nearby offices
Using our modern application, you can easily identify the commercial offices closest to you. You will no longer have to research or ask which one is closest to you.

Request automatic collections
If necessary, you can choose to enroll in our innovative and secure automatic collection system. This consists of allowing our system to apply the payment to your invoices under the conditions you specify:

- Contract
- Maximum amount that can be applied
- Scheduled date to apply the collection
- Credit card to be used

When you use this option in the application, an agent will contact you to officially complete your enrollment.


Steps to get started with our app:
Have a valid contract ready, download the app, and enter your personal information and the contract you wish to use for inquiries and transactions.

When you register, you must call Fononorte at 809-583-1844 to associate your credit card with your contract. Once this is done, you can use the payment option.
