Taksi1 app

The application works in the Kuopio and Joensuu economic areas and locates you automatically. After ordering a taxi, you will receive all the necessary information about your ride, including the car number and car phone number. You can also track the arrival of the taxi on the map.

Downloading and using the Taksi1 app is free. You can choose either payment at the end of the trip or automatic payment from a card. When paying with the app, you will receive a payment receipt in your email
New! With the Taksi1 app, you can order a ride in advance and share the ride with two or three other passengers. This way, you can reduce the costs of your trip if you wish.

Ordering a taxi with the app:
Once you have downloaded the Taksi1 app to your phone, you only need to register, after which you can order a taxi through the app. You can either order immediately or pre-order with the app.
The taxi app locates you automatically, but you can always specify your location on the map, enter your address yourself, choose it from your order history or from your own favorites that you have saved in advance. After this, you can choose a combined ride from the menu, which allows you to combine your own trip with another person's trip. The application allows you to combine three passengers traveling to the same destination within a certain time window.

If you enter the destination address in the application, you will receive an estimate of the length and price of the taxi ride.

In the Order options menu, you can select your desired payment method and car type when ordering, for example a regular passenger car, station wagon or charter taxi. You can follow the arrival of the taxi live on the map. The taxi application will tell you the taxi number and the estimated arrival time.
After the trip is over, we hope to receive feedback. You can tell us how well we served you with the number of stars and you can also give us feedback if you wish.

Ordering with the Taksi1 app is free, as long as you have verified your phone number and/or registered a payment card in the application's payment settings.
