mCitizens – Digital access to public services of the Republic of Croatia

With the mCitizens application, you can easily and securely access digital public services of the Republic of Croatia via your smartphone. View data from official registers, submit requests, download certificates and communicate with public administration – all in one place, without the need to physically go to institutions.

Functionalities:
- Access to digital public services via the e-Citizens system
- Download certificates in PDF format with QR code
- Receive personalized notifications and messages via your user mailbox
- Secure login via high-security credentials

How it works:
1. Download the mCitizens application for free.
2. Log in via the NIAS system (e.g. mToken, eOI, ePass).
3. Access available services and notifications.
4. Receive messages and documents from public administration in your user mailbox.

What you need:
- Active credentials for accessing the e-Citizens system
- Mobile device with biometric authentication or password
- Internet connection

The application is continuously upgraded with new functionalities and services.
