About GeriatriApp App
GeriatriApp is an application designed to facilitate decision-making for physicians and other healthcare professionals regarding geriatric patients through comprehensive geriatric assessment.
It includes multiple scales to evaluate different domains such as social, physical, emotional, functional, cognitive, pharmacological, nutritional, medical, and comorbidity factors. This allows for the creation of a risk profile for older patients, enabling informed decision-making tailored to each individual's specific problems and needs.
GeriatriApp was developed by the Geriatrics Department at the National University of Colombia.
