Q: I ordered an eBook, but it doesn't appear in the viewer. What should I do?
A: Please check the order status in the mobile browser or Aladdin shopping app My Account, or My Account > E-book Order on a PC.
If it is displayed as "Preparing Products" instead of "Order Complete," this means that the order process was incomplete due to a temporary network failure, and the purchase history will not be displayed in the viewer.
Please report it to Customer Center 1:1 Consultation > E-book > Fault Report Center on a PC Aladdin, or contact us by phone (1544-2514) and we will process it.
If it is in the "Order Complete" status but is not visible in the viewer, there may be a content error. Please report it to Customer Center 1:1 Consultation > E-book > Fault Report Center or by phone (1544-2514).

Q: The book I purchased is not found in the purchase list.
A: If you pull down on the purchase list screen, the entire purchase list will be synchronized. If it still does not appear after synchronizing the entire purchase list, it is highly likely that the order was not processed properly.
Please report it to Customer Center 1:1 Consultation > E-book > Fault Report Center or by phone (1544-2514).

Q: I bought a series of books, but they are separated.
A: It is possible that the book in question was not processed as a series. After reporting to the customer center and taking action, you can pull down the purchase list screen and synchronize the entire book.

Q: When I try to read a downloaded book, a message saying 'Book file cannot be found' appears.
A: The book file may have been deleted by an external app (especially V3). If you use the cleaner function while the book is downloaded, you must exclude the Aladdin eBook app.
