BA-mobil

BA-mobil is the customer app of the Federal Employment Agency.

Please note:
BA-mobil is NOT an app for two-factor authentication (TOTP), but rather makes contact with the Federal Employment Agency easier.

With BA-mobil you can access selected functions of your online profile at any time.

Are you unemployed or registered as looking for work?

Do you already have login details for your customer account with the Federal Employment Agency?

Do you have a personal contact person?

Then you can LOG IN TO BA-mobil WITH YOUR ACCESS DATA. You already know the username and password from the Federal Employment Agency’s website: www.arbeitsagentur.de

Some selected FUNCTIONS of BA-mobil:

• CURRENT INFORMATION:
You can keep track of your upcoming appointments, new messages, placement suggestions, applications and much more in one place (also via push notification).

• UPLOAD DOCUMENTS:
Upload documents relating to your request and submit them digitally to the Federal Employment Agency.

• MAILBOXES:
You can view your messages in the benefits and placement mailbox at any time and contact the Federal Employment Agency on topics such as financial benefits and advice and placement.

• MANAGE APPOINTMENTS:
View your upcoming and recently completed appointments, save the appointments directly in your smartphone calendar and use your smartphone’s map app to show you how to get to your appointment.

• NOTICES AND PROOFS:
Notices and proof can be displayed as PDF files if you have agreed to this in the portal.

• REPORT CHANGES:
Inform your agency about important events. For example, you can easily submit a photo of your certificate of incapacity for work using your smartphone.

• TRACK PROCESSING STATUS:
View the current processing status of your online applications at any time.
