We are giving you the Holy Scripture Application with the latest translation of the Holy Scripture with commentary developed by the Polish Biblical Team on the initiative of the Society of Saint Paul.
The Holy Scripture Application - the first Application with commentary and the latest translation in the third millennium.
The idea and features of the latest translation of the Holy Scripture:
• Maximum fidelity to the original text, taking into account the principles of contemporary literary Polish language in the translation.
• Care to best convey the meaning of the original biblical text in Polish.
• Taking into account contemporary research on the Holy Scripture in the translation and commentaries on the biblical text.
• Avoiding specialist theological language in footnotes and commentaries.
• Placing concise introductions before each book, as well as before collections of books (e.g. the Gospels), allowing the reader to grasp the context of the creation of a given book or collection of books, as well as the essence of the content contained in them.
• Modern and clear graphic layout allowing for more efficient use of the Holy Scripture, i.e.:
- footnotes with information necessary to understand the biblical text,
- comments to individual fragments into which the biblical text is divided, showing the main ideas and the message contained in them,
- a search engine searching by abbreviated names of books together with the scopes of the biblical text, placed at the top of the application, facilitating the search for a selected place in the Holy Scripture,
- a dictionary explaining 189 biblical terms.
• The application also includes the Liturgy of the Word for Today and the Prayer of the Word of God.
• The ability to add bookmarks and your own notes.

Using our application, you can read the Holy Scripture anytime and anywhere - for example, you can start on your computer and continue on your smartphone or tablet.

Access to the full text of the Holy Scripture is obtained by creating an account and logging into the application.
Access to the comments is obtained after entering the code. The code is available in selected publications of the Saint Paul Edition and on the website www.kupkod.pismoswiete.pl.

The above functionalities, apart from the Liturgy of the Word for today, do not require Internet access, but it is necessary when we want to use several devices and save our notes on the server.
